Moritz is an urban designer based in Berlin. He is the founder of OFFICE MMK and a studio leader at the Design Academy Eindhoven. Since October 2022, he is leading the Chair for Sustainable Urbanism. Since 2018, he has been teaching and researching at TU Berlin and has coordinated the Dual Master of Architecture Programme between TU Berlin and Tsinghua University Beijing. Moritz received an MArch Urban Design (Distinction) from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, London and a Dipl. Ing. of Architecture (Distinction) from KIT, Karlsruhe.

Benjamin is co-founder and managing partner at OPS. He holds a Master in Urban Planning with Distinction from Harvard University (USA) and a Bachelor of International Management from the University of Manchester (UK). He previously worked at Eckwerk, ESMT, and Buro Happold (Berlin).
After receiving her Bachelor’s degree, Sarah is continuing her architecture studies at the TU Berlin as a student of the master’s program. She is especially passionate about bio-inspired and bio-digital architecture.
Research Associate & Doctoral Candidate
Georg’s research focuses on circularity in architecture and urban design. He is interested in socio-environmental configurations within the city as well as in circular construction practices in response to climate change. Georg works with the following topics: Urban Political Ecology, Urban Metabolism, and Participatory Planning. Since 2014 he has been teaching and researching at TU Berlin and was leading several projects on community participation and the development of climate action plans in Berlin and across Europe. He studied urban design and political science in Berlin, Madrid, and Shanghai.

Aline is an administrative assistant and has been responsible for the Chair of Sustainable Urbanism since July 2022. She completed her education at TU Berlin and worked directly afterwards for the Chair of Rail Vehicles for 5 years. Her main focus is on the administration and organisation of relevant matters of and for the chair.

Moojin is co-founder, principal architect, and managing partner at Office ParkScheerbarth and a licensed member of Berlin’s Chamber of Architects. She received a Master in Architecture from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design (USA) and a Bachelor of Architecture from Yonsei University (Korea). Moojin previously worked in the offices of Ga.A (Seoul), Andrew Berman (New York), and Sauerbruch Hutton (Berlin).
Teo is an architect and urban designer who graduated with honors from the University of São Paulo (Dipl., Brazil). He has also studied at Master level at the Technical University of Munich (Germany) and is currently a student of the M-Arch-T program at TU Berlin. Having his interest mostly directed to the intersections between architecture and urban design and to international cooperation, Teo has worked in multiple architecture offices with strong urban orientation and a global presence, such as Henning Larsen Architects (Copenhagen/Munich), Grupo SP Arquitetos (São Paulo), and LW Design Group (Dubai).
