My research interests include Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs), Physical Cryptography and Nanosecurity, Hardware Security, Applied Cryptography, and Complexity Theory.

  • AFOSR-Award "Highly Secure Nonlinear Optical PUFs".  Principal investigator and project leader.  Together with Prof. Hui Cao (Yale, USA) and Dr. Francesco Riboli (LENS, Italy).
  • EU-project NEUROPULS.  Project leader Dr. Fabio Pavanello (CNRS, France).  Subtask leader on PUF-security and PUF-metrics.
