During the German African Business Summit (GABS) 2022 in Johannesburg, Prof. Straube, together with a delegation from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, is promoting the further development and strengthening of the logistics sector in Africa. At the GABS, top representatives from business and politics from Germany and sub-Saharan Africa meet in Africa every two years to discuss and promote economic relations between Europe's largest economy and the world's fastest growing region. Prof. Straube will also take part in the session "Global Supply Chain" in which, among other things, the findings of the new study "Challenges and Opportunities of Logistics in African Countries" will be presented.
