General Information
Wifi access is available in all hostels, but is limited and may not be accessible from the bedrooms themselves.
Roommates for shared rooms will be paired or grouped according to gender. If you have a preferred roommate, please let us know via email.
Shared rooms for two people are referred to as "twin" rooms, but could appear as "double" rooms in any invoices, as this is how they are labelled by the properties. In every case, this refers to two separate, single beds in one room.
Accommodation bookings for the Winter School 2024 are from Monday, Januray 1st to the the Saturday after your course has ended. You are welcome to arrive later than the first day or leave earlier than the last day, please let us know via email if this is the case. However, we are unable to refund any nights that you do not wish to stay at the accommodation, so the prices for the number of nights listed remain payable.
Organizing accommodation independently
You are also free to organize your own accommodation independently. Please find a list of ideas for finding a flat-share or apartment-style accommodation here. Please note that the TU Berlin does not offer accommodation in dormitories.
