Business Modell Innovation have been gained increasing attraction both by academics and practitioners in industry. Since this type of so comprehensive covering both value creation and value appropriation, they are confronted with several dimensions of the regulatory framework conditions. Popular examples are Uber and Airbnb confronted with regulatory restrictions, in particular in Germany. Despite these and other prominent examples, this interaction has not been investigated systematically. Therefore, we look for theses performing comprehensive literature reviews and detailed case studies, but also in more conceptual, theoretical and even large scale empirical investigations.
