What can we do while fitness studios and sports facilities are closed? TU Sport has come up with a practical solution: TU members complete exercises on their own while still participating as part of a community. How does it work? Our fitness instructors have put together a collection of exercises that you can easily complete in your own study, shared flat, or living room. The exercises are a great way to start your day or take a break from working. However, the choice is yours when to complete them. Organized into three categories: relaxation, activation, active rest breaks, the initial exercises provided here form a basic training program which we will continuously expand with further exercises you can easily complete at home. It’s worth keeping at it! Some exercises are modeled in a video while others are explained through photos and text. Instructions for each exercise also inform you whether you need any equipment and how long the exercise lasts. So have your workout clothes and fitness mat at the ready.
