Repairs and disruptions, including phone disruptions

University staff can report faulty building components or equipment as well as phone disruptions using the service mailbox (only in German).

Disruptions to central IT services

All staff in the faculties, institutes, central institutes, and central institutions can call the Campus Management IT hotline, should they experience IT problems or wish to report disruptions to central IT services.

Telephone hotline hours of operation: Mon-Fri 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Employees in the Central University Administration (ZUV) are to use the following telephone hotline to contact the IT supervisors responsible for the ZUV when reporting IT problems and disruptions.
