The Resources Sustainability Environment and Circularity (RS-EC) research group focuses on the analysis of scientific questions in the field of sustainability transformation in order to support the transition from linear-economy to circularity-oriented production systems in different sectors.
For this purpose, the team uses both qualitative (e.g. institutional economic system good analysis) and quantiative (e.g. econometrics) research methods. Topics currently being addressed in this context concern, for example, the implementation of a nutrient turnaround, through the provision and financing of dry toilets in public spaces.
