Short Questionnaire and Requirements
Would you like to apply for a professorship at our faculty?
Please submit your application including CV, certificates, your list of publications, details of research areas, third-party funding, a teaching portfolio with the names of courses taught and copies of up to five publications. Please also complete our short questionnaire for applicants. In addition to general service law requirements, hiring requirements for W2/W3 professorships are on the basis of Section 100 (1) BerlHG. For junior professorships (W1), the requirements pursuant to Section 102a BerlHG apply.
Please also refer to TU Berlin’s Appointment Regulations as well as its Tenure Track Regulations if you wish to apply for a tenure track professorship.
A teaching portfolio is an important part of any appointment procedure.
Candidates invited to present their teaching and research are requested to submit a research concept and a leadership and equal opportunities concept.
