You apply for a first degree if you
If you were previously enrolled in the same degree program with the same study and examination regulations at TU Berlin, you are a re-registrant.
When re-registering, you can only apply for the semester you were placed in by the TU Berlin examination board ("Fachsemestereinstufung"). The semester must fall within the standard period of study for your degree program AND be offered the semester you are applying (i.e. winter or summer semester). You must also submit a certificate of good academic standing from the TU Berlin Examination Office, confirming you still have the right to take examinations in the requested degree program. Please note that it is not possible to be placed back in the first degree semester!

You can claim special requirements and/or make supplemental applications. This is only possible if these are submitted together with your application to uni-assist by the deadline and in due form.
