Single Degree Track
IMES is designed as a double degree program. Still, a single degree may be an option under specific circumstances. Even then, the IMES program is an international degree and it is mandatory to complete at least one semester (30 ECTS) abroad. If the study abroad is not done with a double degree partner university, students must find, finance and arrange their own study abroad semester. Those students need to apply independently at either one of the EU/Erasmus partner institutions of the Faculty VII Economics and Management or one of TU Berlin’s renowned worldwide partner universities. In addition, students may organize their exchange independently as a free mover. In any case, students need to ensure that the complete 30 ECTS from their studies abroad will meet IMES criteria and be accredited at TU Berlin.
