Orientation Days for the new Semester

From 10 to 12 October 2023, we welcome you to the Orientation Days of the University Libraries of the TU Berlin and the UdK Berlin. In house tours and with our information point in the entrance hall, we will offer answers to your questions about the services and resources offered by the library. We will give you tips for how to effectively use the library and successfully search and manage literature.

Information Point

We will have an information point in the entrance hall of the library from 9:00 to 17:00 and look forward to answering your questions.

Library Tours

During our 20-minute library tours, you will learn about the most important places in the building. Library tours take place every hour starting at 9:15. Registration is not required. An overview of all TU library tours can be found in the event overview.

Fit for the Bib - Basic Course

In this course you will learn the most important things for effective library use. We will show you how to search for books in the Knowledge Portal Primo, your library account, research strategies and an overview of reference management software. The course will be held starting October 17 and online only. Registration is not required. For more information on the individual dates and access data, please see the event overview.
