If the loan period is overdue, a written reminder will be sent for the return of the items. You will receive the 1st and 2nd reminder by email. The 3rd reminder will be sent to you by mail.

Overdue interlibrary loan items will incur the same fines as above.
Overdue fees must also be paid if our reminder letter has not reached you.
After sending a 3rd reminder, no more loans and loan extensions are possible for you. In case of longer existing debts, the University Library can enter a block.
Overdue fees can be paid by cash or bank / credit card at our pay machine on the ground floor. Payment by bank transfer is also possible (see details below).
Only cash payment is possible in the department and special libraries.

Your books will not be automatically renewed by paying your overdue fees.
