If the loan period is overdue, a written reminder will be sent for the return of the items. You will receive the 1st and 2nd reminder by email. The 3rd reminder will be sent to you by mail.

Overdue interlibrary loan items will incur the same fines as above.
Overdue fees must also be paid if our reminder letter has not reached you.
After sending a 3rd reminder or if a fee debt exists for longer than 6 months, your account will be blocked. Borrowing and renewing are then no longer possible.
If the fee debt on your account exceeds 50 EUR, the account will also be blocked. Borrowing is then no longer possible. In this case, you can continue to renew media that have already been borrowed.

Your books will not be automatically renewed by paying your overdue fees.
