TU Berlin Mail Room

Change to parcel delivery from 1 December 2021

The temporary regulation that all parcels have to be delivered to the Central Mail Room in Building Z ends 30 November 2021. Beginning 1 December, external delivery services should deliver all parcels directly to the recipient. This will significantly expedite the speed of delivery.

Improvement of service: The offer to have parcels delivered to the Central Mail Room will, however, continue on a permanent basis after 1 December 2021. In such cases, parcels must be addressed as follows:

You can then choose to have the package delivered by the packet delivery service or the University courier service or pick it up from the Central Mail Room. This offer is intended for units where permanent on-site accessibility cannot be provided for parcel delivery services. The Central Mail Room will not be able to accept any parcels not addressed as above after 1 December 2021.
