Twice a year, you get the opportunity to start writing your bachelor thesis at the TIM research group. For this, you must register two weeks before the beginning of the semester through the form on the ISIS course "TIM Forschungs- und Abschlussarbeitsseminar".

The topics for the bachelor thesis are predefined by the research group and limited to 10 topics per semester, which are allocated at random. The TIM research group does not supervise bachelor thesis in cooperation with third parties.

Should your application be accepted and you agree with the issued topic, the processing usually starts four weeks after the beginning of the lecture period.

Parallel to working on your Bachelor thesis, you can attend the module "TIM Research and Thesis Seminar". The contents of this module offer comprehensive and structured supervision:

• Learn the basic rules and methods of scientific work.
• Acquire competences in systematic literature analysis.
• Benefit from the feedback of your fellow students in success teams.
• Present your results of central milestones of your bachelor thesis.

The capacity of the seminar is limited to 10 students. The attendance to this module is voluntary.

To be eiligible to write your bachelor thesis at the TIM research group, you must have successfully completed at least one TIM basic module (Organisation und Innovationsmanagement, Fundamentals of Project Management).
