Julian Schlömer

Julian Schlömer holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Management and a Master of Science in Finance & Accounting from the FOM School of Economics and Management. His major fields of study were corporate valuation and strategy, portfolio management, controlling and accounting issues. With more than ten years of professional experience in sales operations, financial controlling and investor relations at Siemens AG and OSRAM Licht AG, he is well versed in financial corporate management. In recent years, however, he has been particularly affected by the disruption in the lighting industry and the rapid transformation at OSRAM, where he had global business responsibility for a portfolio of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). In future he will bring these aspects to bear in an "Industry Spotlight" course. At the same time he is starting a doctoral project in the field of innovative interior design in intensive care medicine and its effects on personnel and work processes.
