Tim Richter works as a student assistant in the SVFS group at the institute of mechanics. He obtained his university entrance qualification with excellency at a vocational high school, specializing in mechanical engineering.
He is in his fifth semester studying mechanical engineering at TU Berlin. As student assistant, he is currently mainly working on the PLA² project. There, he focuses on the design, printing and testing of FDM tensile specimens, as well as the assessment of tensile tests and their translation into FE models.
