The Academic Advising Service supports prospective and current students with planning their path at university step by step. It is your first point of contact before you begin your studies as well as for the entire duration of your studies and offers an overview of the vast range of information available and provides tools to help you independently find your way.
You can bring your concerns and questions about studying to the open office hours in the Academic Advising Service - whether they are questions about choosing a program, the course of your studies, or problems during your studies. The advising services are diverse and range from personal advising to workshops and event series. Individual advising with advisors can help overcome emerging difficulties and find possible solutions together. You can take advantage of these services without registering in advance.
If you would like to learn more about your study program, the Course Guidance advising offices are the place for you. These are advising offices for specific degree programs located in the faculties. Using their services can be particularly useful at the beginning of the semester when you are sorting our your course schedule. Course Guidance provides information about the program structure and content, schedules, electives, exams, individual courses, and more.
