From coaching to application reviews
Is it really possible to acquire key skills and practical experience while studying and thus be better equipped when you enter the workforce? The Career Service at TU Berlin assists you with preparations for your later professional career by offering numerous workshops on applications and the application procedure and a summer and winter school. Whether soft skills training and practical projects with companies, individual coaching, or a mentoring program with TU alumni: there are many ways to learn what job is right for you and to plan your career. Scholarships for internships in Europe or overseas complete the Career Service’s offers. A number of useful tips for getting your professional start are available from the Career Service Info-Pool.
The Career Service is also available to employers and sponsors interested in being involved at our university. You can get involved as a mentor, financial sponsor, or idea generator through company projects and events.
Placements are offered in administrative units, faculties, and the University Library
School students in the 8th and 9th grades can gain initial professional experience during a prevocational internship at TU Berlin and try out different areas of work, such as handcrafts in the University’s own carpentry shop or metal workshop for example, or in start-up support.
