Today's working world is characterised by strong pressure to change due to accelerated economic, global, social and technological change. Ever shorter innovation cycles and increasing complexity pose new challenges for companies and employees. In order to meet these challenges, organisations and employees need to be highly adaptable. The project "Entwicklung und Validierung eines evolutionären, menschzentrierten Frameworks für wandlungskompetente Organisationen" (EvoFrame) aims to develop and validate an evolutionary and human-centred framework for organisations capable of change. The motivation for the project is rooted in practice. Organisations are exposed to constant change and transformation projects alone are not enough to implement change. In the future, organisations will be required to accompany change immanently and to anchor it in the corporate culture and the competences of the employees. The EvoFrame project aims to achieve a high degree of change ability in a fluid organisation. To reach this goal, the 14 project partners from science and business are dealing with questions about organisational, individual and technical prerequisites within a company, at the level of employees' competences and with regard to the provision of information within diverse applications. The EvoFrame project is intended to be an important step towards preparing companies and employees for the challenges of the future and achieving a high level of adaptability. The chair SNET of TU Berlin is involved at the technological level in research on adaptive process reorganisation within companies. It works out how IT services, company software and apps can be dynamically reconfigured and adapted so that they support transformation projects in the best possible way. The department integrates the solution approaches into the open-source process management platform PROCEED.
