Artem received his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the TU Berlin in 2017. As part of his master's thesis, he examined the security challenges that arise from outsourcing computations and the possible practical use of homomorphic encryption in context of distributed systems. After graduating, he joined the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt as a research assistant and continued his work in the field of securing data sovereignty using novel cryptographic methods. Since November 2022 he has joined the Service-centric Networking (SNET) research group led by Prof. Dr. Axel Küpper as an external PhD-student.
