As part of TU Berlin’s measures to strengthen IT security at the University, all staff and all students are required to change their passwords for TU accounts for future use of IT services from Wednesday, 23 June 2021.
From 23 June 2021, WiFi (eduroam) and VPN will be available again. These services require new, secure passwords.
Consequently, Campus Management (ZECM) requires all TU members to change their passwords via the following URL:
Please note: Due to the required change of passwords, the servers are experiencing a particularly high amount of traffic, which can lead to a delayed response. Please be patient or try again at a later time. ZECM is aware of the situation and is working on resolving it. We kindly ask for your understanding.
To change your password, you need to use a two-factor authentication process, i.e. either a TAN list, an mTAN as a text message via your cell phone, or a TOTP process using an app on your cell phone.
If you encounter problems creating your password or are unable to access your TANs or the TOTP process, please send an email to it-support(at)tu-berlin.de. Please provide your username and describe your problem, including any error message, as clearly as possible. Please be aware that it may take some time to answer your inquiry.
