Documentation and analysis of operating regimes of traction units of overhead line-free rail freight traffic
Project description
The Institute of Railway Technology (IFB) as the main contractor and the Department of Rail Vehicles at TU Berlin, in cooperation with two railway companies, have won the tender for a 26-month project on the part of the German Centre for Rail Transport Research (DZSF). In this project, operating regimes in rail freight transport are defined and then measured. Further information on the project can be found on the DZSF homepage.
