The QM Working Group is responsible for organizing work packages to improve studying and teaching and defining QM sub-projects, which includes appointing the process teams who create and edit QMS process descriptions.
In the working group, all QMS process descriptions are discussed and coordinated across the faculties and central institutes by the vice deans of studies (deans) and central institute directors before they are submitted to the decentralized institutions for internal coordination, if necessary with a resolution.
In addition, strategic topics from the area of studying and teaching are regularly defined, discussed and analyzed. Survey results are also regularly presented and discussed. If required, measures are initiated, especially if deficits are identified.
The QM Working Group is appointed by the vice president for education.
