I am Professor of Economics at Technische Universität Berlin and research fellow at the Berlin School of Economics (BSE), Center of Economic Studies Munich (CESifo), Norwegian Centre for Taxation (NoCeT) and Berlin Centre for Consumer Policies (BCCP). I am also member of the Berlin Behavioral Economics Group (BBE). My research interests lie in Public Economics, Health Economics, Environmental Economics and Sports Economics.
