Letter of recommendation

For exchange programmes and scholarships, a letter of recommendation from a university lecturer is often required with the application.
In order to receive a letter of recommendation, you should have attended at least two modules at the chair.

We require the following documents from you in order to prepare the letter of recommendation:

• Project description/letter of motivation
• Curriculum vitae
• transcript of records
• as well as relevant references

If necessary, we will also invite you to a personal meeting to clarify any open questions.

As the preparation of a letter of recommendation takes some time, you should contact us at least 4 weeks before the submission deadline.
