Sebastian Wegel is a research associate at the Institute of Production Management at Leibniz Universität Hannover. From early 2022 to mid-2023, he also worked part-time as a research associate for the HyMAS (hybrid multi-agent system for self-controlling steel production) research project at the POM institute. After the end of the first major project phase, he moved completely to Hanover to finish his dissertation on the topic of "Sequence Planning in Flat Steel Production". In doing so, he continues to cooperate closely with the POM institute.
