Central Document Service

The Central Document Service at Technische Universität Berlin is responsible for all written communication in Department II – Human Resources and Legal Affairs. This includes documents regarding maternity protection, changes to working hours, leaves of absence, and more. It also generates doctoral certificates and forwards them to the faculties and the University Printing Service.

In addition, it verifies all of the University's circulars and current notices (proofreading, confirmation of signatures from the department head, vice president for administration, and Executive Board) and forwards these to the IT department and Printing Service.

Document Services proofreads all certificates issued by Department II ensuring correct spelling and grammar as well as the consistency of the feedback. It orders office materials for Human Resources and serves as proxy to the administrative assistant for the head of the department in the case of absence.
