Exchange email server will be operating again from 11:00 today

As announced on 13 August 2021, the Exchange servers will be operating again from 11:00 today. In addition to email, the Exchange servers also provide calendars, appointments, contacts and notes, including all personal data, as at 30 April 2021.

Please note that as of 11:00 today it will no longer be possible to send or receive emails using the temporary emergency email system. This can only be used as an archive and to migrate mails to the Exchange servers. For a short period today, it will not be possible to send or receive emails via the emergency email service or Exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Campus Management is providing detailed instructions on how to set up mail clients and how to migrate emails from the emergency email system to Exchange for TU members who access TU email servers directly via webmail or mail client. These instructions will be published in English at a later date.

TU members whose TU emails are forwarded to private email accounts such as Googlemail or GMX will continue to receive their TU emails in these accounts as normal.

Please schedule sufficient time to migrate your emails from the emergency email system to Exchange. Depending on the software and the number of emails migrated, this could take up to one hour. The migration of tens or even hundreds of thousands of emails at the same time could lead to load peaks. We would like to apologize should the email servers respond slowly during this period.
