The MARLA-Masters of Malfunction  interdisciplinary research team explores the advantages of “serious games” in vocational training making a social contribution to energy transformation. The team is currently developing and testing a game-based mixed-reality learning application with digital language assistance for training purposes within the wind energy sector. By applying digital innovative technology to the goal of sustainable development within vocational training, the team is contributing to both the Green New Deal and digital transformation. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
