The Master's programme in Historical Urban Studies deals with the city of today in its historical continuities and ruptures. In your studies, you will deal with the specific forms of design and life in European urbanism as well as their developments in international comparison.

Bachelor of Culture and Technology with a focus on Art Studies

The Bachelor's degree programme Culture and Technology provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the complex interrelationships between culture and technology. In the core subject Art Studies, you will deal with the art history of the Middle Ages, the early modern period and modernity and learn to understand works of art in their design, technological and history of ideas conditionality.

Master Art Studies

The Master's programme, which is both research-oriented and practice-oriented, combines in-depth knowledge of art history with a TU-specific profile that focuses on the cultural, material and technological prerequisites of artistic production as well as on the institutions of art in an international context. Further teaching and research focuses are the art history of East Central Europe, the history of science and the architecture of post-war modernism.
