Basic Physics Lab Courses

The basic physics lab courses are held for students of physics, but also many other fields of study.

Project Lab

In the project lab, small groups of a maximum of seven students, supervised by a tutor, experiment independently on topics of their own choosing.

Advanced Physics Practical Course

The advanced physics practical course (FP) is a compulsory course in the bachelor's degree program in physics. The focus is on experiments from all areas of physics supervised in the working groups of the Institute of Solid State Physics, Institute of Optics and Atomic Physics and Berlin research institutes.
