Application procedure

TU Berlin uses an online system to process Erasmus+ applications. Please take note of the following information:

  • The processing of study-related stays abroad at TU Berlin is currently being transferred in stages to the Mobility Online system provided by the Austrian organization SOP. This covers all stages from the application to the stay abroad and the return to TU Berlin.
Please note that during the pilot phase your data will be hosted on the servers of the service provider. Both the procedure and the service provider have been checked according to the requirements of data protection law and they meet the requirements laid out in the Berlin Data Protection Act. Upon completion of the pilot phase, your data will be hosted on TU Berlin servers only. All necessary data relating to your person and your planned stay abroad are provided by completing the online application. Please complete the online form carefully, as the data provided here will subsequently be used in connection with your application.
  • Online application via the Mobility Online Portal.
  • You can continue editing any applications you have started for the upcoming academic year after logging in.
  • The Erasmus+ application information brochure contains FAQs to help you work through the Mobility Online portal.
  • Please direct your inquiries concerning the application procedure, including any about the online system, to the information desk (infothek@tu-berlin.de).
  • We do NOT require a hard copy of your application.
