The aim of the "ConCirMy" project is to develop a configurator tailored to the needs of the circular economy using the example of tire production. This favours closed material or component flows in order to ensure complete recycling of material flows. ConCirMy focuses in particular on efficient planning and control within the circular economy for the synchronisation of processes and output between individual actors, which is made possible by an information flow across stages and cycles. The industry 4.0 paradigm of integrated material and product-related data logistics is used. In addition, the approach of a networked incentive system is pursued in which the actors are assigned a share of the total benefit through redistribution, depending on the sustainability of individual decisions. This makes the production of a sustainable product more attractive. The configurator itself acts as a unifying core system. The goal of the Technische Universität Berlin (TUB) is to ensure the market success of the ConCirMy solution. This is achieved in particular through market and acceptance analyses (including, for example, a two-stage online survey, a field experiment and expert interviews), through business model development (based, among other things, on an analysis of the regulatory and institutional framework conditions and the specification of participation, incentive and allocation mechanisms), through the specification of further deployment options for the configurator and the development of recommendations for action for regulatory decisions. In addition, the TUB contributes to dissemination and standardization.
