Received a Bachelor of Science (Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nuremberg) and a Master of Science (Technische Universität Berlin) in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on information and communication systems. Specialized in the areas of Virtual Goods and Products, Virtual and Augmented Reality as well as User Innovation and Innovation Management in online communities and virtual worlds.
