Campus Management (ZECM) is your point of contact if you require assistance with technical issues, receive an error message when using TU Berlin applications, or have questions about requesting and using the University’s IT services.
If you’re still uncertain which degree program you should apply for, we recommend making use of the Academic Advising Service’s office hours. Under StudienberatungAtHome the Academic Advising Service team has compiled online events, videos, tutorials, and infotalks with detailed information and tips for choosing a study program and ensuring smooth and successful studies.
Are you having doubts about your choice of degree program? Course Guidance for the degree programs can answer questions about study content as well as help you get started during your first semester. Contact details are available on each study program website.
The Office of Student Affairs’ Student Info Service and the Bachelor National, Bachelor International, and Master admissions teams offer office hours via Zoom on monday, tuesday and thursday betwenn 9:00 and 11:00 am regarding the following topics:
We will individually invite you to a preliminary meeting room from this online waiting room. In the preliminary room, you will be greeted by a moderator who will briefly discuss your concern with you before sending you to a further room to speak with the relevant academic advisor if needed.
