Questions about certificates, such as the certificate of academic good standing?
The Examination Office can help! It offers its own virtual office hours via Webex. Links to the meetings can be found here. Make sure to select the right degree program!
If you’re still uncertain which degree program you should apply for, we recommend making use of the Academic Advising Service’s office hours. Under StudienberatungAtHome the Academic Advising Service team has compiled online events, videos, tutorials, and infotalks with detailed information and tips for choosing a study program and ensuring smooth and successful studies.

The Office of Student Affairs’ Student Info Service and the Bachelor National, Bachelor International, and Master admissions teams offer office hours Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 11 via Zoom on the following topics:
Enrollment, decisions not to accept a study place, and exmatriculation
Student ID and Semesterticket
Re-registration, academic leave of absence, part-time studies
We will individually invite you to a preliminary meeting room from this online waiting room. In the preliminary room, you will be greeted by a moderator who will briefly discuss your concern with you before sending you to a further room to speak with the relevant academic advisor if needed.

Please note that there is no counselling by the Bachelor's or Master's service areas during this time frame. This applies in particular to advice on enrolment and application as well as applications to be submitted via tuPORT. In these cases, please use our advisory service via Zoom.

We offer the following services:
Stamping of certificates
Collection of documents
Documents can be handed in without prior booking of an appointment. Please note that certifications of certificates cannot be carried out immediately on site and require processing time. Collection is usually possible the following week or by post. For the certification(s) you have to fill out an application and transfer 2,00 Euro per pre-certified copy to the account of the TU Berlin. Submit the application together with the original document, the copy and the proof of payment. You can find the application for download and further information on the topic of certifications here.
