Since the summer semester 2020, the usual paper evaluation at Faculty I has been suspended. Instead, course evaluations are carried out digitally. The procedure is as follows:

1. Lecturers of courses at institutes / centers that are subject to mandatory evaluation in the respective semester will receive access to the online evaluation in good time by e-mail. If you want to participate in the voluntary evaluation with your course, please send an email to the evaluation team of Faculty I.
2. At the beginning of the evaluation period all registered courses will receive the access via email. Please share the link with the participants of the course, if possible we recommend to allow a few minutes to fill in together also in the (synchronous) online teaching to increase the participation rate.
3. After the end of the evaluation period you will receive the evaluation via an automated email. We ask you to discuss the results of the evaluation with the participants of your course, if possible.

Further notes

For data protection reasons and in accordance with our statutes, we can only send an evaluation if there are 10 or more participants. Events with less than 10 participants please use the alternative feedback tools. In our experience, filling out the forms together increases the number of participants.

If your event takes place outside the evaluation period (e.g. block seminar), we can take this into account. In this case, please let us know the exact period.
