Summer semester: IV "Planning and Execution of Large-Scale Geotechnical Projects"
Winter semester: IV "Soil Improvement"

Students acquire in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of soil improvement and soil consolidation and in the field of planning and execution of large-scale geotechnical projects. The students are able to plan and dimension soil improvement and soil consolidation measures for different subsoil profiles and requirements. They are able to design complicated foundation structures under consideration of difficult boundary conditions with planners from different disciplines. They learn to consider the interaction of the procedures with other constructions and the environment.
