No more access restrictions at the University Libraries of TU Berlin and UdK Berlin from 19 April

From 19 April the following regulations apply at the University Libraries of TU Berlin and UdK Berlin (Fasanenstr. 88):

  • The libraries are open to all visitors (including without a library card).
  • All study spaces are once again available for use.
  • Since the distance between the study spaces is less than 1.5 meters, FFP2 masks are mandatory at the study spaces as well as in the entire library.
  • No check-in or check-out is necessary.
  • In the Central Library, visitors are no longer required to carry a basket or select a basket with a specific floor color.

The following regulations continue to apply:

  • Bags and jackets may still be taken into the library. This also applies to drinks in closed containers.
  • Baskets must remain within the Central Library.
  • Group study rooms are not yet available.
