Center for Civil Society

Centre for Civil Society (CCS) advances social change through public policy. Its work in education, livelihood, and policy training promotes choice and accountability across private and public sectors. To translate policy into practice, CCS engages with policy and opinion leaders through research, pilot projects and advocacy.

BRAC

BRAC is a global leader in developing and implementing cost-effective, evidence-based programs to assist the most marginalized people in extremely poor, conflict-prone, and post-disaster settings. These include initiatives in education, healthcare, microfinance, women’s and girls’ empowerment, agriculture, human and legal rights, and more. BRAC operates in 11 countries, among others Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Tanzania.

The Alexander v. Humboldt Foundation is currently supporting the research projects of Tonny Kukeera and Vivian Ogechi Nwadiaru

Center for Entrepreneurship

Strengthening the start-up eco-system within Berlin's University of technology is the main focus of the Centre for Entrepreneurship (CfE). With direct access to the substantial resources of the seven faculties the Centre for Entrepreneurship develops start-up ideas and start-up teams whilst nurturing the start-up mentality within a technological and knowledge based environment.
