Prof. Dr. phil. Dipl.-Wi.-Ing. Eric Schott is a founder and managing director of the Campana & Schott group of companies with more than 300 employees at locations in Europe, the USA and Canada. He possesses more than 25 years of experience in (top) management consulting, and is a member of various expert and advisory committees.

His specialty areas include managing complex change processes, particularly in the context of digital changes, and new forms of collaboration within and between companies.

Eric Schott is author of over 50 publications on the subject of project and portfolio management.
