  • How will your visit benefit your daily work, your department, and TU Berlin in general?

You can submit your application by email as a PDF to: cindel.rexhausen(at)tu-berlin.de

Please note:

As a staff exchange involves your absence from your place of work, we recommend you obtain the approval of your line manager before applying. You should try to organize your visit at a time less likely to impact the work of your unit.

Selection process:

Once your application has been checked to see that all your documents are in order, the selection committee will decide whether to award you a grant as soon as possible after the application deadline.

If your application is successful, you will be provided with more information by the unit funding your stay abroad.

By accepting a grant, you agree to write a short report following your trip as well as answer questions from others thinking of applying.

TU Berlin reserves the right to withdraw any grants awarded on the basis of incomplete or incorrect information.

Please note that staff mobility in 2024 can only be funded in Europe. We kindly ask for your understanding.
