In addition to all general service law requirements, candidates must fulfill the hiring requirements for W2/W3 professorships pursuant to Section 100 (1) of the Berlin Higher Education Act (BerlHG). For junior professors, the requirements of Section 102a BerlHG apply.
The TU Berlin Appointment Regulations apply to all appointment procedures, while the TU Berlin Tenure Track Regulations apply to all tenure track professorships.
During the application procedure, candidates must submit a teaching portfolio in addition to a description of their research profile.
