Yashar is a Postdoc scholar at the division of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. He has spent the past few years looking into the role of entrepreneurial methods in the context of incubators and accelerators. At the moment, Yashar focuses on trust in teams in light of new technologies, blockchain and the social aspects of organizing, the role of narratives in the dissemination of entrepreneurial myths, and design principles for formulating entrepreneurial instructions.
Yashar has worked as director of education in a blockchain company and as business advisor in a software development agency. He also has acted as business mentor and startup coach for different EU funded projects. Lastly, he co-founded a consultancy and a startup.
He has been a visiting scholar at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innocation Management at TU Berlin since September 2021 and a fellow at the Center for Design Sciences at ESCP Berlin.
