ZECM Advising Services

Do you need assistance using any of our services? Have you encountered a fault or bug? Our customer service team can assist you on campus at our IT Service Help Desk, via email through our support ticketing system or via our telephone hotline.

Our IT Service Desk in room EN 024 at Einsteinufer 17 can help you in person such as with issues related to your TUB account or if you have lost your password.
