TU Berlin Framework Contracts

TU Berlin framework agreements which can be used by units, staff, and/or students

Target groups

TU Berlin has a number of software framework agreements with individual companies.

Depending on the contract, different user groups at TU Berlin can access the included products. As a rule, TU Berlin units always have access to products. Some contracts also allow private use of the software by employees or students on personal computers. Some software is available free of charge. In other cases, usage rights are offered at a reduced rate through the framework contract.

Licenses and products are typically accessed through the software portal.

Please take note of the details of each framework contract as well as our FAQs, which we update regularly.

Generally, products offered through framework agreements can be accessed via the software portal (with the exception of Microsoft 365):

Please note:

  • The software portal has not yet been restored since the IT hack. Please submit any questions about accessing installation files via our ticketing system.

Services and products in framework contracts can only be used by TU Berlin units, staff, and/or students. Depending on the contract, access may be restricted to specific user groups. Non-University members and guest auditors do not have access to these products as a TUB account is always required. To access products for units in the software portal, you must have the role “Besteller.”
