Our Mission Statement

We are a multidisciplinary team with roots in agronomics, biology, chemistry, ethnology and political science, teacher training for social studies, environmental technology and consumer research,

Our wide range of competencies enable us to address the many facets of sustainable nutrition in our research and teaching.

Sustainability is a value that unites us as an academic chair. We strive for a conscious, friendly and appreciative interaction with each other. We also pursue this approach in our interactions with our students, such as when advising one-to-one.
