Analytical X-Ray Physics

Development of sample cells

When it comes to the analysis of materials, appropriate sample preparation is crucial for optimal investigation. Often, not only the solid state of a sample is of interest, but also the measurement in gaseous or liquid states and environments. At the same time, it may be imperative to be able to apply electric fields or pressure. In addition, the nature of the experiment imposes specific requirements on the environment - such as thickness, homogeneity or geometry of the sample or your holder.

We develop sample cells for various experimental challenges.
